If I were you I would not do business with them they got a snotty attitude you guys deserve 0 stars bunch of greedy haters.

I ordered a matcha Infuser and unfortunately it came broken. I called customer service today and they replaced it right away. It’s on the way now. As far as the tea that I ordered I got Earl Grey cream and sleep so I don’t know about the sleep to yet, but the earl grey cream is amazing and I cannot say enough about Art of Tea‘s customer service so happy I found them. Update: My new infuser arrived today with some extras and a very nice card from the art of tea team. I was on the fence about becoming a tea drinker but art of tea customer service went above and beyond. Y’all got a customer for life now.
Great quality of tea's. Only complaint that I have is that they are pretty slow with shipping, considering that I live not that far off them.
After tasting Art of Tea's Earl Grey Creme and enjoying it, we sent a sampler to a relative who liked all the teas very much. We just purchased 3 more tea and love them. Plus, the service is great.
