Jamba - Monterey Park

This place never disappoints! I usually order on the Jamba App and go and pick up my drink. The smoothies are always fresh and great tasting.

If ur going to pick up any Jamba then u should call ur order in cuz there are just 2 people sometimes there's a random rush of customers depending on time w/ Elac college a Blick away as for Jamba baristas they are knowledgeable, honest, quick, make some good smoothies, etc...

Finally this place got new management , it was great to visit this location for once and actually be greeted, it smelled fresh, employees seems happy and were friendly . Not sure the name of the guy who runs this store but he was the one who rang me up and he was a breath of fresh air, very helpful and even helped me get the perfect drink. I haven’t been here in a while because of the service and cleanliness but defiantly will be coming more often if it stays this way.

This is the worst Jamba Juice I have ever been to. They never have everything they need for my order, they are always out of something. It does not make sense that when they are out of something, that they cannot just simply walk to the Ralph?s and buywhat they need (something simple like bananas, milk, etc). Also, the girl at the front at the cash register is always rude.

Placed an mobile order to get a head of the line but looks like my drink was made last. My ready time was at 1:25pm, its now 1:35pm and my drink is not called out. After every person that ordered in line got there drink, then i had to asked about myorder. Not sure why they didnt start my order or even confront me when i was waiting. Got me drink and no apology. Never comingback to this location. Hope the managers/corporate hire better staff or just close down for good.
