Feedback gevenAbsolutely the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had! The barista and supervisor were both rude and arrogant. There was a complete lack of customer service and basic communication skills. Fortunately, we're in Southern California, where there are plenty of Coffee Bean locations to choose from. On January 23rd at 9:20 PM, I would give this place a negative 10 for wasting 10 shots of espresso!
Update: After my initial review, I went back to this Starbucks about eight more times for two reasons: it's really close to my house, within walking distance, and I wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately, more than half the time my coffee had grounds in it, and on other occasions, it was definitely not the dark roast I ordered.
I rated this place 1 star because the barista, Angel, was rather rude when he asked us to step back, claiming we were crowding him. That kind of behavior is really unnecessary. For starters, he was behind the counter, so we weren't invading his personal space at all. We were just waiting for our drinks; it's not our fault the area is so cramped.
The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. Orders are delivered on time, and the store is kept clean. When I visited this location, my order was prepared quickly. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The posted hours are inaccurate. The restaurant was not open during the times it was supposed to be.
