The portion sizes are very small for the price. I've had larger açaí bowls that offered better quality and value.
The smoothie I had was delicious, but I don't think a smoothie should cost over $10. $13 feels a bit overpriced.
Cypress grain bowl is delicious! I appreciate that the dressings are on the side so it doesnt get soggy. The dressing is perfectly acidic but not too much so.
During my visit to LA, I had to try their vibrant acai bowls. I love that they offer a variety of bases, and you can see all the beautiful colors through the clear bowl. Since I'm familiar with acai, I decided to go for some of the more unique bases. I chose the Blue Majik (made with pineapple and banana plus spirulina), the Super Greens (which includes kale, spinach, and more), and Pitaya. The owner, who was incredibly attentive, even came over to help me decide. He suggested adding a bit of chia pudding, but I’m not a fan of that texture. You can load up on as many toppings as will fit, and most of them are vegan—though I think bee pollen is one exception. I got a small size, and it was just the right amount for me. I would definitely go back when I return!
