Bagni Il Gigante - MONTEROSSO AL MARE

Having been on a long day tour found this popular restaurant with a great view or the sea and beach with a large statue of a carved man in the sea cliffs. Food menu was in English and choices were appropriate for size of café and price was ok to. I had a salad and soft drink, the olive oil and balsamic dressing were in sachets. Friendly staff who were attentive too. Toilets clean Would recommend

Even if the place is running only with half of the guests as usual in the high season, the waiters seem not to be happy to have customers here. The service is very slow, I have waited 10 minutes to be served. Something was floating in my beer, they might not cleaned the glass well enough. In COVID times it is quite worrying. They run this place very unprofessionally. Not recommended.

Lovely location on the beach front. Waitress was friendly and offered a menu in English. I ordered a Marina salad and Diet Coke, both came promptly. The Salad was fresh, came with smoked salmon. There was no sauce/ vinaigrette on the salad but olive oil and balsamic vinegar is provided on the table. A pleasant stop. Toilet provided for customers.

Absolutely love this restaurant that eat is delicious and the staff so friendly. on our last day I didn't feel good and the owner went to her home to get me something pfefferminztee, which is a wonderful lady. I hope I'll be back soon.

The friendly staff understood our attempts at Italian and were quick at serving us. The range of food and beverages were good for all ages.
