Ristorantino - MONTESPERTOLI

Wonderful place! Very clean. Very comfortable. Our room was actually 2 big rooms, a small room and a full bathroom with shower, not a tub. 1 room had a small kitchen with a medium fridge and items to cook and eat with, including a dining table and comfortable lazy boy type chair to sit in. The ceilings were high and we could have slept 2 on the pullout couch, 2 in the big bedroom, and another in the smaller bedroom. There were fans to cool off with in each room, no ac. The windows in each room fully opened and offered amazing views of the pool and the countryside. Bring your own toilet paper and soaps and shampoos. I would stay here forever if I could!

The rooms are totally amazing in size and history. The only thing for us was the shower size was way too small, but other than that the suite came with its own kitchen and sitting area, huge master bedroom and we love the bidet! Located remotely, about 30-40 min from Florence, so be prepared to drive. It is very quiet with beautiful grounds and the staff is super helpful. Only WiFi is in the main office, be prepared to be disconnected unless you have phone service.

Amazing place! We held a 50-year birthday party in July 2023 and it worked perfectly for our needs. The place has an interesting history and is also rustic but still well functioning. A little warm in the summer months (most rooms don't have AC), but at least during our stay there was always enough breeze to make our stay fine. The owner Cosimo and the team with Stefania, Valentina and Matteo are all super supportive and helped us a lot during months of planning, and everything worked out just perfectly. Around 60 of us stayed at the castle and had great food, drink and service.
