Pizza Hut - Montevallo

The only reason I give 5 stars is because the ingenious customer service I received from Tracy the manger. When we picked up our order, something was missing from our order. We were not satisfied today with the quality of food. The pizzas and wings were well cooked. But unnecessary to say when I called in the store, Tracy treated my complaint with grace. Thank you. Go to Bengals!

It was always good when I order, but sometimes the food makes me sick. I don't know why many reviews say the manager was rude. I never had a problem with her. She was just polite. I was told they pay the minimum in Montevallo, so they are probably very understated. I'd order them again.

I wanted to pick it up instead of supplying, but when I was there, there was only one woman cooking and one on the front counter. The woman on the back got her butt and took the orders. They were both super friendly and hard at work. Absolutely a good experience.
