Location, it was pretty. Perfect to escape from a rushing world. Good for walking or visiting Toscane. Diner, it was nice you could eat about it. You love food so you're lucky. Nice personally, they help you if you need it or ask. And with a smile! Water in the swimming pool was quite cold (mid September). There are exciste solutions to heat it a bit ecologically. Place, sometimes it was all for us. It was good for 4/5 days, but then we moved on.

Excellent hotel surrounded by green Tuscan hinterland, among hills and woods. We were very well cared for, the staff has always been extremely kind and kind, moreover for the whole stay we came to meet in our needs giving us also advice on how to develop our holiday the next day. Worthy of note is the wine of their production which accompanied our dinner and after dinner.

The place is very nice, quiet location, there is a long dirt before you get there. The reception is not so well indicated, so we turned around the building before finding it. The beautiful rooms, a little small, at least ours. Obviously being in the countryside, there are insects, which are captured by ecological traps, but they do not distinguish between bees, wasps and tafani. Although I understand the need to protect guests (I am allergic to insect bites), see all those bees and wasps in traps a little bit I was sorry. The quite complete breakfast, lacks fresh milk, the long-serving one is used. The room staff was pleasant, the careless service, at dinner you forgot about us. The porch where we dined nice, sin to hear from our table the Tuscan beasts coming from the kitchen. The afternoon after, away from the hotel, I realize I forgot the white dust that you see in the photo, from the reception they tell me that the cleaning team has already come out, that they did not say anything, that they would have occurred the next morning, that everything is put in the room of forgotten things and that they would have let me know. Never heard again, no solution proposed. I didn't like the answer tone, I didn't like how it was handled. For this, it is for the cost, 140€ per room, I expect a better service. For me the experience ends here. Too bad, because the location is really beautiful.

Wonderful location, you pass through a wood to get there, the fantastic place many characteristic, in stone with exposed beams seems out from a fairy tale, the courteous staff, we ate very well the location was breathtaking and the staff very courteous and educated, if we had known before we would have booked also the overnight stay,instead of staying to the piastrones,which we leave experience to forget. . This is a place not to be missed!
