I went there and asked for a grilled chicken, and asked if they could modify one of the salads complements to be lettuce, tomato, carrot and beat. Waiter told me it was fine, then asked me if he could bring some bread, which I replied he could. The salad had very little carrot/beat, but as it was a customization, I didn 't complain. Much to my surprise, when the bill came, the bread was charged, even though at no point he told me it would be charged, nor was it included at the menu, and they also charged me for the carrot/beat. I told the waiter it was wrong, but paid for it. The manager saw me complaining, then came and told me that I had asked for a mixed salad (which I didn 't) and told me that I should know that mixed salad could only be 2 ingredients, while also being rude. I told him I was from Brazil, and at least in Brazil, mixed didn 't mean two ingredients. He replied saying that he had been to Brazil many times, and that in Brazil mixed also meant two ingredients. Not only was he wrong, he just said he knew more about my country and my language than I did, while being very rude and confrontative, even though I had already paid and was just trying to leave.
