Subway - Montezuma

I noticed that the new manager seems quite unmotivated. She doesn’t appear to put in much effort, even fibbing about things. Today, she missed out on a reasonable order simply because she didn't want to put in the extra work. If I were in her position, I would have taken that order. She didn’t even ask what size. If you can't manage to make 15 mini orders in 8 and a half hours, then there's definitely an issue. Honestly, I could walk in and get her to prepare them right then and there at 4:30! Just kidding—if a business wants my money, they need to earn it! Food rating: 2/5.

The food was excellent, but the staff appeared stressed and disengaged. One of the employees even mentioned she was frustrated with the number of online orders. Unfortunately, they put the wrong cheese on my sandwich; instead of provolone, they used pepper jack. This made the sandwich too spicy, especially with the pepperoni. I took a couple of bites and ended up throwing it away. Service: Takeout.
