Firehouse Subs Zelda Rd - Montgomery

I waited a long time for my food while five other people who ordered after me received theirs. I asked the staff three different times about my order, and they kept telling me it was on its way. Eventually, I just asked for a refund. As I was leaving, I overheard one of the workers muttering something under their breath. Overall, I had a terrible experience with the service. Rating: 1/5.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff was really friendly, the place was clean, and the food was delicious. I couldn't have asked for better service!

I chose roasted, but my brot was extra roasted more like burned I give this place 0/10 not eating from there looking at the second could not go better, the workers were very rude about the situation not even provide a refund she had not even had her care about my order massed, they had no cookies, so I had to with a brownie and my brownie was hard

So it's a chain. But I really like their subs, and these were made well. They weren't busy at the time we visited and only had one person working. She was great! Quick and helpful and courteous.

This restaurant is consistently clean, quick, and serves excellent food! The owner is always friendly, greets customers, takes their orders personally, and ensures that everyone is satisfied.
