Island Delight Caribbean - Montgomery

This is one of the best rated restaurants in Montgomery and it deserves safe. The food is immaculate. It hurts me every time I have to choose between the jerk chicken and the ox tails. Veggies are also great, like Plantains. You also have a wide selection of Jamaican soda. If you haven't eaten here, try it definitely.

Great food! The jerk chicken had heat to it but it wasn't spicy. I wasn't a fan of the jerk sauce, it tasted like bbq sauce to me. The bst part of jerk chicken is the dark meat so make sure you ask. I have also tried their oxtail and curry chicken, both are excellent. I always get their cabbage and plantains for the sides. Prices are affordable. Dining seats up to 12 maybe. Parking is a gravel lot but with no dedicated spots.

Very unassuming place with excellent food. This is authentic Carribean food at its best. And the Jerk Chicken........OMG!!!

Ordered the rice and beans, and jerk chicken. Oof the food was amazing. went there during lunch time. Really delicious, fresh and good portions! The chicken was the best. the hosts were pretty nice too. I would give the place 5 stars but didnt only because I felt it was a bit pricey, still worth it!

I haven't been to Jamaica but I bet this is what it tastes like. The best jerk chicken I've had. The cabbage was delicious. But my favorite part was the ox tail. Do yourself a favor and get a side of beans and rice too.
