Krystal - Montgomery

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered food but didn't want the drink and fries. Instead of suggesting that I order the "pick 5" option, which would have been cheaper, they charged me the full $10 for just 4 chicken nuggets. When I questioned the price, the cashier rolled her eyes at me and didn’t offer to complete the rest of my order. I didn't want to take any chances after that, as I felt they might not have treated my order properly. I wish I had gone to a different place instead.

After waiting 15 minutes for my order, I was informed that there would be a wait, which I understood, assuming they were short-staffed. While waiting outside, I noticed a female employee come out of the bathroom, appearing to be a bit unkempt, and she proceeded to empty the trash without washing her hands. Shortly after, my food was handed to me. I took it without saying anything, even though I had concerns about her hygiene. Upon checking my order, I discovered that the half I requested without onions still had some on them, which made them inedible for me. I didn't bother calling the restaurant to address this because the staff had already seemed unfriendly, and I didn’t feel they were genuinely interested in providing good service. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I wasn't even present; I stopped checking on the victims of Qn accidents. Lol. But after passing through the door, I ended up picking up a crystal. Never again, and that's all I have to say!

Nothing beats a krystalburger. if the health score is not below 80, it is not a good crystal restaurant. I want to see a destroyed kitchen everywhere. haha jk but this is amazing

My husband went to the location on Zelda rd. We wanted corn pups but were told they no longer have them. The fries were cold and hard and the burgers were soggy with a bunch of onions and nothing else. They just thru our chili cheese pups in the container pretty much upside down . It was the worst food we have had in a long time. We won't be going back unless it gets much better .
