Pizza Hut - Montgomery

When I arrived there were several people waiting. The associate was on the phone with someone for quite some time as I waited to pick up my pizza. It did not seem that the people in the back were rushing to get the orders ready. Perhaps, you did not have enough workers to handle the orders the day I ordered my pizza. Even so, the customer should be made to feel valued and appreciated.

I just got a pizza from Pizza Hut, at 2865 East South Blvd. in Montgomery, Alabama. I used to manage for Mountain Mike’s Pizza, the original store, in Palo Alto, California. This pizza was pretty good. If I ever get back here, I’ll go there again for pizza.

I placed an order for delivery. but they have no delivery drivers so it was supposed to be delivered via doordash. However the driver never showed. and when I tried to contact the store no one would answered. then my order was cancelled not by my own doing. And i still could not speak to anyone from the actual store. So i was connected to customer service and they were beyond unhelpful. basically saying all they could do was re order and that would take over 100 minutes or refund me which takes 3-5 business days. They are not worth the trouble.

No delivery available in my area this Company charged my Credit Card, took my payment and later after they took my money cancelled my order leaving me without access to my funds for 10 days. Be careful ordering online to just any store they will take your order, charge your cards and not reveal to you that they have no delivery available on your area if you don't check first....Careful careful People be very careful or you end up without money for days

I have a sick child whose not able to leave the house but wants pizza. I was told by pizza hut manager that I could not use his pizza reward he got from school because the child is not present. This has to be the dumbest rule ever just to save $3 for a million dollar company. YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER
