I bought a Palestinian cookbook recently, but really wanted to try some of someone who knew what they did first. everyone here is very friendly and eating is delicious.

Delicious Lebanese/Mediterranean food. I had a hummus sandwich with green beans in pita. Yum!

Used to visit Sahara years ago when I lived in Princeton area. Recently returned during family visit for lunch. New owners (16 years) but they kept many of the old recipes. Since I'm Lebanese was excited to see if meal would live up to expectations It did!!! Ordered a bunch of meze. The Round Kibbee was just like being home and the Sfiha was very tasty. The baba ghanough was equally delicious I would have liked a little more lemon juice, but that's just my personal preference. The grape leaves were good-not used to sumac in the stuffing. It was different for me. I'm a sucker for desserts! The ma'amoul did not disappoint. It can sometimes be dry. Their pastry was moist and had excellent date filling. I'll definitely be back next time in the area!
