Feedback gevenNo one will answer the phone! I tried to order some cupcakes for a few days this weekend, but every time I turn the phone off. I tried every department and even the direct number for the pharmacy and the Vision Center.
I left Sam on the eastern blvd. worst experience ever. The mobile app bc used the check-out lines for so long. I tried to go and leave the line was twice as long and I had already paid. He asked for more people to work out and was told excuses. I won't return to this place soon! Poor poor customer service
We go here a few times a month and they always have a nice assortment of bulk goods. My wife loves her Mediterranean pasta salad, and the children are always stolen for sushi. I usually get a large Cannof Cajun boiled peanuts and I regularly try the different dips they have in their dairy department.
Sam is a good place to shop when you buy Thor a large family
I have never given negative feedback to a company before. In June, I deleted my review of this store because the manager said she'd resolve the problem. I find out today she didn't.My Mother placed a grocery order for pickup on June 3rd. She died unexpectedly on June 4th. We didn't know she had an order and so, no one picked it up. We have proof because we were at the funeral home making arrangements. My Dad's card was charged. After days of calling and being hung up on by the store associates, the manager of this store stated that she could see the groceries were assigned to a vehicle slot, but never actually picked up and she would have it taken care of. They charged a dead woman $242 for groceries; she wasn't even alive to pick up. Horribly unkind and malicious workers at the store. Don't shop here if you don't want to get robbed by staff and Management.
