Feedback gevenMy first time visiting was quite decent. I was relatively new to the area, (2021) and the service was OK. But this last visit (6-19-2023) was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! 29 mins wait just to have the front lead or greeter to finally show up when a dozen customers are waiting to either pay for their meal or pick up and when he finally got there, telling me I should have seated myself since all I wanted to do was sit at the bar until my baby brother got there to treat me to my father 's day meal, S#it You could 've seated yourself,...... ??? Really????? Then once i got at the bar, I sat another 12 mins before before anyone ever acknowledged me. There were 18 customers that I could count. I honestly don 't know how many workers were there, but Overall VERY UNACCEPTABLE the service I received. Nothing against the company, but I promise and Absolutely Guarantee that i won 't be coming back
First and last time going to this restaurant. I placed my order a little after 9pm and my wait time was 20 mins. I arrive at the restaurant at 9:30 pm only to find no one at the front desk, so I go to the worker at the bar. He tells me someone is on the way. However, a lot of the workers are outside in the back. The restaurant doesn't close until 10pm. After waiting 15 mins, someone finally comes out and tells me that they don't make the food until the customer arrives and the kitchen closed at 9. Even though this doesn't make any sense, they need to update their online order system instead of having people waste their time.
The waiter was nice and attentive.The food was great nothing was over cooked and mushy. The juicy sauce was bomb . It was high but the good size portions made up for it . You get a bang for your buck ?
This was my first time dining at Juicy Seafood. It was an enjoyable experience for me. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I appreciate that they came over to check on us, and when an issue did arise, they took care of us. The food was good. I will undoubtedly return to dine in again. ?Only complaint is when the bill came it was very hard to read as the ink was extremely light.
So disgusting ?This was the worst seafood experience ever. ??? ..A roach was in my sister's tea. I stopped eating called the management. He wasn't too surprised but he apologize and we didn't have to pay for our food,$25 gift card. I'm sick as hell This morning just the thought. I will be contacting corporate this morning.
