Wasabi Japanese Cusine - Montgomery

This restaurant was absolutely fantastic! The miso soup was delicious. I returned about an hour later for more soup, and my assistant informed them that I wasn't feeling well. I ended up ordering and getting charged for a small portion of hibachi rice. We also enjoyed a great order of chicken hibachi rice, which was very tasty. The staff member who took my order was incredibly attentive; she even added a cup of hot water, chrysanthemum tea, jasmine tea, and puerh tea, along with a cup of long jujube. She went above and beyond by stopping by my hotel after she didn't see my assistant in the lobby and left a lovely note regarding the tea, encouraging me to choose what I wanted. I truly appreciate her kindness and hope you’re feeling better soon!

Fantastic restaurant! The staff was friendly and very attentive. I recommend trying a bit of everything—you won't be disappointed. They have a lovely selection at the bar, and Sapporo on tap is a nice touch.

I went here for dinner while on a business trip in Montgomery, and the service was outstanding and very attentive. We ordered the sushi roll dinner, which was $22 each. The rolls were generous in size and delicious; I tried the crunchy roll and the salmon lover roll, both of which were flavorful and expertly prepared. Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to sushi, but I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely return on my next trip.

I asked a server at the Aviator if this place was any good. She said it was excellent so I decided to give it a try. Not too bad, but not great either. The sushi rolls are small for the price, but pretty good. The sushi (2 piece per order) are tiny for the price. Overall, food quality is good, though. The service is akin to a Chinese buffet. I was asked what I wanted to drink even before I sat down and as soon as I sat down I was asked if I needed a couple minutes to look at the menu. So overall it’s not bad, but not good enough to come back.
