Feedback gevenThe team working at the drive-thru on October 14, 2022, at 9:10 AM really needs to reevaluate their approach! The setting and the tone of the speaker were quite off-putting and need serious improvement. It's hard to understand how they expect customers to pay for service when the greeting gets completely overshadowed by the loudspeaker. I simply asked a question about the menu changes, and the woman on the speaker responded with an exaggerated attitude, making the interaction even more unpleasant.
I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was fresh and hot. The employee initially seemed a bit withdrawn, but by the end of our visit, they expressed gratitude and their demeanor shifted from gruff to kind. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

I waited here and waited 15 minutes before I could even order and went to mcdonalds. they are in the really slow, but food is usually hot
The drive thru girl (name on the receipt is Shameka) was really rude while taking my order giving me my food. She practically threw my bag in my hand and walked away from the window without saying thank you or anything else. It 's not my fault you have to be there on a Friday night instead of at the club lol. This is typical Montgomery customer service, so it 's not surprising at all.
