Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I never really had a great experience. the personal will not give them time to watch the menu. they tell them that they are going forward all 5-10 seconds with their order, even after they have told them to give them a minute. the last time I was there (and I will never go back) I asked for extra zaxby 's sauce in the window and was told by the manager that they do not add-ons in the window. I told him I just wanted about three of them and that was it. I had just spent $35 on eating for me and my two kids, so I didn't understand why he was so rude. the manager repeated and then said the guy who runs the window on me to close the window. that was humiliating from my children to be despised. I contacted companies to let them know and they reacted within 12 hours and they said that the only add-ons in the window they allow are sauces. the manager was only ugly and hating from absolutely no reason.

I have given this place 3 tries and every time I go, the employees have such a bad attitude and almost always mess my order. it's a pity, because that's such a convenient place for me, but I can't give them any chances anymore.

It is as if the people here are trying to work the owners to bankrotten.i simply do not understand how they consistently perform the orders of people up, always have so bad attitude, zero customer service skills. today I have ordered for my daughter and myself, of course the order is wrong and on the day before yesterday I have lunch for me and a coworker and a woman constantly healed and was very evil because she had to fill the drink machine with ice because it was broken. I tried to find something positive about this place, but there is nothing. I will not eat at this place. thanks zaxbys for the eye opener.

Unprofessional staff! I went to order today and waited 20 minutes while I was staring, and when I asked how long I had to wait, all the workers were both intelligent as I was the problem. never again at this place! angry worker.

I went through the drive thru and order the big jack snack, but when I check my food I had three really small tenders that was cook to hard and the toast also was cook too hard and bi has about seven fries so I had to go inside and get my order done over and it was really good, but still had small amount of fries.
