Pizza Hut - Monticello

Placed and order to have my pizza delivered. After placing the order at 7:30pm. Got my notification the my order wouldn't be delivered till 940pm. Tried calling to see if I could change it to carryout. I just live around the Corner. After 4 attempts of calling them finally got through to someone. Got my order switched over to carryout and told me while on the phone my order was ready to be picked up??? At 8:10/8:15pm. They were just going to let my order sit until they delivered it at 940pm??? Got my pizza, got home sat down to eat and my pizza wasn't even cooked all the way!!! Still doughy!!!

Clean, nice atmosphere, nice server. The pizza was great, as usual!

Zero stars. Worst pizza experience that I have ever had. Over and hour for two pizzas and bread sticks then to find out that all the food was burnt and overcooked. Couldn’t get ahold of any employee. Had to contact corporate to get something figured out. Place is a joke.

Who owns this one in Monticello. Nothing but problems every time we’re here. Employees running around like crazy. Waiting an hour inside for a pizza we ordered on the phone. They keep saying it’s coming. If they can’t handle everyone, close the drive up!!
