Feedback gevenWe have had HORRIBLE experiences with this place. Every time we have eaten inside we have waited an hour for our food. So we decided to start calling it in and picking it up instead. Well in February we ordered food to go, we live 30 minutes away. Once we got all the way home with our food we noticed we were missing three sushi orders. We called them immediately and they said they will have it ready so my husband drives all the way back and is told to wait in his vehicle and they will bring it out. He waits an HOUR in the parking lot and goes back inside and they say 30 more minutes. After 30 minutes and still no sushi he goes back inside where the owner just hands him an envelope with a refund in it. Tonight we decided to give it another try. Called at 5:02, (they open at 5) and the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude while I was placing the order and told me they had just opened so it will be a 50 minute wait which I told her that was fine we live 30 minutes away anyway. She told me she will call us when our food was ready. At 5:30 she called us and said they do not have miso soup and I told her it was fine we would still like everything else we ordered and we were about to leave our house and she said okay. We arrive at 6:32 and the door is locked. We then drive to the window and the woman that answered the phone said they are no longer serving and told us we could no longer pick up our order. Why not tell us that during the phone conversation we had an hour prior or call us and let us know? Completely unprofessional and very disappointed in this restaurant.
Quiet place on the quiet end of hwy 425 South in Monticello. Nice building, good parking, nice service, and a nice menu!
Love this place, Food is always fresh and delicious. The owner is very friendly and has a great variety of food he cooks on his menu. It's a must stop anytime you're in town.
Can’t judge the food because the cook wasn’t taking anymore orders. When I walked in at 8p, young lady asked if I was dining In. I said I was ordering to go. There were 3 parties trying to pay. Another customer came in and said he had food to go. I told him to go ahead. After waiting 10 minutes sitting on chairs, and standing 10 minutes at the window, the cashier asked the cook if she was still serving. The cook yelled /said the kitchen was closed but they would still prepare sushi . It was Shoo-leave for me. I went to LaTeraza and dropped 30 dollars on tacos and cheese cake. I won't be attempting Tiny Thai again.. The last time I was there was in January. 50 minutes. It's not fast food; I get it. But its service isn't 5-star, white table cloth. I'm giving up on Tiny T. Good Luck.
Ive never been to Thailand, but i feel like this stuff is pretty authentic. Tasty food, but a little on the pricier side.
