Very interesting place, architecture, the food and the service is great. We had the honor to know the owner, who is also the chef in the restaurant. Congratulations for all of your work!!

We were made very welcome here especially as we arrived for lunch far to early. They were very happy to let us sit in their very pretty gardens and read. The food was exquisite and very authentic Italian. We had lobster and wild bore delicious. And a gorgeous pasta each. The service was delightful and the chef very kind and attentive. Our best meal this trip and we would certainly come again and stay. About 35 minutes from Pisa airport.

Good location, very expensive, food not up to standard of a luxury 5 star hotel that claims top quality dinning, restrictive breakfast experience but well presented

We stayed in this hotel and had dinner here a few nights. Originally our plan was to spread out and try other restaurants, but after we ate Nino's cuisine we simply could not pull ourselves away. Nino even led us in a cooking class and then let us eat our creation the next day (lasagna) for dinner. Everything is homemade (pasta, pizza, juice, gelato) and it shows. I am celiac and they made a special effort to accommodate me (made me homemade GF bread and pasta). It is an unusual dining room (as mentioned there is a pool in the middle) but the attentiveness of the waiters and the delicious food is worth it.

Excellent restaurant, inside the homonymous small hotel that is part of the chateaux relais. original dishes, well studied, excellent fresh and natural ingredients, care and love in the preparation of the dishes, which then at the table are beautiful to see and excellent to go. nino is a great chef, in addition to a good manager and his crew puts us passion: julium and martyrs in the kitchen, aldo and irina in the room make everything pleasant. good choice of wines, which falls on a local vermentino nothing bad.
