I made a detour of a hundred km to spend a night in the establishment: it was so PERFECT and DELICIOUS that it even deserves to come on purpose! Staff at the highest level, a gentle welcome with a lot of love of the profession, a great concern for the well-being of the guests, a delicacy which does honor to the old stones of this majestic building wonderfully highlighted by a talented architectural restoration which borders on genius. The heated indoor swimming pool, finery room, sensory shower and Hammam area will delight well-being enthusiasts. Don 't just pass by this place, GO THERE! Rooms: The best that we can offer to demanding guests, without fuss but with exceptional quality of execution in every detail of the accommodation, and unsurpassable bedding. Food drinks: When we came the Restaurant was closed we were welcomed at the “Bistro St Jean” I have rarely eaten so well in a hotel restaurant... The menu of the so-called bistro is in fact the work of the Chef in charge of the Restaurant, and the brigade, again at the highest level, offers a majestic execution of dishes worked (in an open kitchen! into a bouquet of delicate flavors, with a service that is warm, discreet and efficient. In short, even the Bistro alone justifies coming to the establishment!
