We order very regularly from Mama Mia. Today, we came across a new person to whom we explained the unwanted ingredients, and who replied “I will do as I wish, ma’am!” Do we have the right to be allergic to cream and cheese and ask not to have them on our pizza? The usual person who answers is so nice, looking forward to his return! Also at 6:10 p.m., there is already no more tiramisu. So I canceled my order! After dozens and dozens of orders despite the price increases that we accepted, we are shocked by the response of this new person who does not seem made for business! We bought elsewhere! A customer is never acquired and it is not with such a response that you will retain your customers!

The most complicated thing is to reach them on the phone... But it confirms their success, and therefore the quality of their performance! Personally, I always take MamaMia pizza: gourmet, a treat!
