This cafeteria-style restaurant offers a variety of seafood options. Since it is located in a food court, there are plenty of tables for seating. I ordered a plate of calamari with two side dishes, while my husband opted for the fish of the day, which I believe was tilapia, also with two side dishes. We both enjoyed a soft drink with our meal. There was no wait at this fast food restaurant, and the portions were generous. The food was average to above average in quality. The food court was busy with diners during lunchtime in October.
Aqualunch located in the basement of Carrefour Alliance Industrielle (St Catherine O) is a must-visit for families every time we are in Montreal! The food is simply the best seafood in town, especially the fish and chips - it's fried to perfection! The side salad could be better, but don't miss trying the beets with a delicately balanced dressing. Another must-try is the harissa sauce. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to please. Although we loved Anas, the new team is just as great. The prices are reasonable for seafood, especially considering how delicious it is. The atmosphere is typical of a mall food court, but you can still enjoy it with the availability of wifi.
