Benny Co - Montréal

This restaurant experience was terrible. Half of my plate was empty, the cheese on the poutine was cold, and the chicken leg had soggy skin. There was no bun or sauce included, which was very disappointing, especially considering the high price of $22. I will definitely not be dining at Benny's again.

I ordered a club sandwich with barely toasted bread that was as white as snow. The wait was incredibly long and the whole experience was a complete joke. I will never be returning.

I placed my order at 7:50pm and it didn't arrive until 9:30pm, missing half of the items. The delivery driver showed no concern and did not offer to return to the restaurant to get the missing items. When I requested a refund, they only offered store credit, which I declined. I will be reaching out to my credit card company to inquire about a refund.

Great rotisserie chicken as usual, the service was friendly and super quick to bring my food. The restaurant was clean and well organized. I would recommend this location of Benny Co. To anyone who would like to dine there, or takeout.

Very slow drive thru and then when I get home they forgot to put the cheese in the poutine u can't even open the box to check it there..
