First of all, I would like to apologize for any misunderstanding caused for what I said to you before you left the coffee shop. I'm very sad to see your review. It was never my intention to demand you to give me the tips. It was only a friendly reminder that here in Montreal, as my manager replay to you, the tips is considered as a way to recognize people's work. That day, the coffee shop was very busy and yet, I think I give you the best service that I could give you in that moment. Again, I'm sorry for the experience that you had. I hope to see you again to demonstrate to you that in Vasconia we care to give the customer the best treatment possible.

My son and I stopped here for an afternoon dessert. We loved it! Their Mille-feuilles is a Colombian version and you gotta try it . Service is awesome too.

Gluten free savory options empanadas and the slightly sweet corn/cheese almojábanas!!! Great service as well. Will come back for sure!
