Then we ordered from the 5 choices. i had salmon, fries and salad. It was served with a tomato soup. The soup was good. Not too salty. The portion of salmon was just right and perfectly cooked. The fires were ordinary frozen fries and the salad was fresh but the Italian bottled dressing, on the side, was not up to the standard of the nice lettuce. No choice of dressing was offered. There was no bread served with the soup or the meal , just a package of crackers. My husband had butterfly shrimp and he enjoyed his meal. Coffee was served at an extra cost ( Not good at all) with the birthday cake, a chocolate cake that was way too sweet. Not sure if it was supplied by the restaurant. We had pictures of white Sangria and they were very good $23. for 4 glasses..Our waitress was Gabble and she was great.
16 current and former members of our group met for a reunion lunch on Sat. April 22, 2017. Great time was had by all in attendance. Our waitress, Gabbie L. was very nice, attentive and professional. Her service was excellent and she was aware when someone new joined our table and came over immediately to see if she could offer them a drink or anything upon their arrival. Very pleasant young lady!!
I was debating if it is 3 or 4 star. I had the chicken brochette and honestly it was very delicious. The salad was very tasty, the rice and the chicken was very fresh. I had the baked potato and this was fresh too. My daughter had the chicken grill burger however this was just ok and the hamburger was ok too. I honestly would say the chicken brochette was amazing, if I judged the restaurant only on this dish it I would have given it a 4 star! Their wine by the glass is very limited, only 1 choice and honestly it is not very good! It you want wine order a bottle or stick to the beer choices as you can't go wrong with popular beers. Overall an ok restaurant and ok place. Great place to watch sports games because they have big TV's. I would actually come back here to eat the chicken brochette!
Brasserie that use to be owned by Labrosse family and just sold to the Sergakis group who now own quite a few restaurants in Montreal. Laid back sports bar with lunch and supper specials...beer on tap and a nice solarium area for group get togethers. Open late and also has quite a few slot machines if that's what you are into.
I found this gem of a brasserie earlier this year and have returned there many times since for the quality of food . I really enjoyed their Prime roast beef, great club sandwiches with fresh cut french fries, excellent hamburger steaks, fish and chips and daily specials. I returned this week with 10 people after being away for 6 weeks and boy what a change in the food quality. Service was good, beer was cold but found out that the place had changed hands and not for the better. Food quality was not there even the fries were frozen. Too Bad
