Escondite Vieux Port - Montréal

I was out with a good friend, searching for a place to dine in Old Port, but all the restaurants were fully booked. We were lucky to come across this charming Mexican restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious, and the cocktails were beautiful. The waitstaff was very friendly as well. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the beautifully decorated terrace. Next time, I'm eager to check out the inside—it looks very inviting!

I had a wonderful experience here tonight. The drinks were excellent, and the food tasted amazing. Our server was fantastic as well. I highly recommend checking out this place if you're in Old Montreal.

I had an EXCELLENT evening, to say the least! The restaurant has a very cool vibe, and the decor creates the perfect ambiance. The staff is attentive and professional, making us feel like VIPs. Melissa was especially sweet; she took her time with us, was polite, and frequently checked in to see how we were doing. The manager also stopped by to say hello and have a chat. And let me tell you about the food—oh my goodness, the food! Although I'm not Mexican, I know enough about the cuisine to confidently say that this was authentic cooking. The portions were generous and priced just right. I will definitely be returning with friends and highly recommend that you do the same!

Based on two visits from the city: Cosy, atmospheric Mexican bar with a small but hip modern Mexican fusion menu and drinks. The staff was all friendly and service was reasonable. The place also offers outdoor seating. The atmosphere cannot be for everyone. I'd like to see you again. Visited again at 3 o'clock and space was relatively empty. The food was still good.

The best Mexican food I had in Canada! Specifically the nachos are the best and something which is not conventional styled. Their fish tacos and quesadillas are delicious too. The place has an amazing vibe. Flavours are excellent here. Definitely recommend this place. One thing the place gets busier so you should make reservations.
