Majesthé - Montréal

It was my first time dining here, and I really enjoyed the meal. However, since it was lunchtime, I think the server could have paid a bit more attention to us when it came time to settle the bill.

The staff were wonderful, and the restaurant itself was large and spacious. We enjoyed some delightful bubbles, along with roasted oolong tea paired with tapioca pearls and homemade lemonade. We also indulged in a delicious salmon roast, accompanied by rice and a quinoa salad with sweet potato fries. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!

Eating was just okay and the service was terrible. the young waiting staff seemed much more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. I ordered the molchbutter pasta, which expects from the description that I am creamy. that wasn't it. it also contained soultang that left an unpleasant British taste for me. my companion has the karage chicken dish. the chicken was good, but each component of the crockery, rice and napa cauliflower was served in separate, very small dishes. there was no possibility to mix it together, as we did in a traditional dish. we were looking for something cheap, but I don't think I'd go back.

We've done a lot of fun here. interesting and surprising combinations of taste and texture. Stand-out dishes were the caarage chicken, the quinoa salad and the pig-glock nudel. the gurkensalat was a little disappointing—I wouldn't have it again, but everything else was delicious.

The food was outstanding and affordable, and the bubble tea was delicious as well. Overall, it's a fantastic little place!
