We had a real breakfast sandwich on a croissant, eggs, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. The service was warm and friendly. I recommend this place.
It is a small place at a corner in the business district. We actually tried to escape the cold and to have a warm coffee. But the salad bar made us have some food. The crab meat salad ist amazing, same for the tomato and avocado salad. Our favourite still was the kale salad. The ingredients are fresh, and of best quality. The taste is superb and not all salads are perfectly balanced.
Went there twice already, the crew is very nice, and the food is super good. Salad are very fresh, delicious and different from the usual ones you can find almost everywhere else ... It is also a little bit more expensive but I don't mind paying a little bit more to have this kind of excellent food.
Can 't understand the Stingy comment. All salad is charged by weight. Place is spotless, food is fresh daily, made upstairs , minimal oil, large choice of delicious salads (and no Costco lettuce filling). Great Panini variety, often nice pan cooked fresh salmon. Home made muffins, nice selection of Lebanese sweet treats, brownies and low fat cakes. Freshly made hot soups in the cold months, all from the best ingredients minimal salt and no creme . Cafe is great, staff are busy but friendly without being obsequious. Owner George has eyes everywhere, nothing weird at all, he just watches over his customers needs and his staff activity. Tables outside in the warm weather, inside stools looking directly over the street at eye level. I am there at least twice a week, always full of Regulars as well as Visitors . Value for money...outstanding.
Owner is very strange. Gives weird looks to customers, and is very stingy with the portions. The food is alright but not great.
