Mr. Ma - Montréal

The dining experience here is fantastic. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. I would definitely return. This restaurant's Chinese food is better than any I have had in New York City, Chicago, or Los Angeles.

After reading some very positive reviews, we decided to order takeout from this restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was not even up to par with the average Chinese food, and it was incredibly overpriced. We will not be ordering from here again.

The restaurant may be pricey, but the food is excellent. The portions are more bark than meat, but the peanut sauce is delicious. The rice is perfectly cooked. Overall, it's a splurge, but worth it. It's hard to find good Chinese food in Montreal these days.

My family ate at the weekend. eating was not bad, but the owner was really upset. she actually paid my family a tipp because she insisted that they don't earn much money. I was not an experience I wanted to see in the face again. Feeling power for drinking should not be mandatory. also, eating was usually deeply fired and not so great. the fired rice was good off the general tao was better than we expected had a lot taste. the lemon chicken and ginger chicken was not so great, only sauce pour on deep fired chicken. the portion size was good. there were of us and we had elements from the menu. the owner wanted us to order more, but this is all we needed and it was more than enough.

During this pandemc, i stayed at hotel gault in may and had their excellent in-hotel breakfast, but came here for some chinese take-out as the hotel restaurant was closed. this was a great option !
