Muvbox Homard - Montréal

A little tricky to find this kiosk, but it is down by the pier. The lobster roll is really to die for.

We have been going to the Muvbox (we call it the lobster shack) for several years. We loved it at first as we would bring our own wine in a sac, with some plastic cups, and sit by the river on the picnic tables to eat our lobster rolls. They have raised the bar a bit, and now the picnic tables are roped off; you can't bring your wine unless you sneak it, and they usually find out; and the prices have become almost not worth it. But, the lobster rolls are great and the setting is so pleasant.

An atypical and high quality catering. a good experience on the port, a clever urban reuse place.

Barely arrived at Montreal in the late afternoon, we wanted to eat this famous well-stocked sandwich with lobster so famous "lobster roll". indeed it is a real delight and for the pain we took a second accompanied by a small bottle of rose. To emphasize, a warm welcome. However, the price remains a little high: 14,50Cad ht, but it's lobster!

We went there late June and found this excellent. Bread toasted crispy, very beautiful portion of lobster and a light sauce just as needed. The price was very reasonable (about € 11) as to the quantity of lobster served.We will be happy to return to it during our next visit to Montreal.
