I remember going there 15 yrs ago with my best friend and after all this time, i would still recommend it if you are looking for a nice restaurant. The staff was friendly we had good service

Water refills came 1 hour later, very humid in the corner no air conditioning where we were in the back, waitress asked us if we wanted cheese with our meal yet they add an extra 5$ on each plate for the extra cheese. No mention whatsoever, they didn’t warn us which wasn’t fair.. the service was no good. The pizza the dough was raw wasn’t fully cooked. This is not acceptable, we couldn’t even notify the waitress, she only came at the end to ask if we wanted coffee dessert.

Food was tasty too salty! We ordered 3 different plates and we all had the same comment. Service too slow. If u are in hurry, better go elsewhere for quicker lunch.

Went a few weeks ago and had the worse service ever. The waitress was horrible. Never got a refill of water even though we asked 5 times. I have celiac disease and they weren’t using the right protocol! Had to tell them not to serve my water in that kind of glass. My boyfriend didn’t get the right plate. Had to wait over 10 minutes to get cheese. Was missing cutlery and napkins! When we paid she didn’t even give us the bill just handed us the machine. Which was the only time she actually came to see us. Paid for an extra plate, after finding the bill was extremely high for two people. We asked for the bill and was charged an extra plate. Asked to speak to the manager and he said sorry numerous times. If you have a choice please go to the Ottavio in Ville Saint Laurent. Service is amazing and they actually give customer service and amazing staff there.

Bad service. we were 16 people who reserved 3 weeks in advance for a birthday. we asked if we could eat our own cake at the restaurant, they said yes. we get there, they tell us we can’t eat our cake. we say it’s okay and plan around it. we were a table of 400-500$ who all payed at least 15% tip (apart from one person). then, we asked until what time we can stay, and a server tells us 10:30-11:00 p.m. we stay until that time. we pay, we leave, and we end up eating the cake on the hood of a car in the cold since none of us had a place to go to that can take 16 people. a waitress comes out of the restaurant to yell at us that we haven’t tipped enough, that we are bothering her, and that we were overall not good clients. all this only because we are young students, shame on the staff here.
