Parma Cafe - Montréal

We stopped here before a concert. it's a sweet little caffe. we ordered two aubergine paninis with frits. we could have shared a sandwich and the riders. it was very good. the tables were dirty, but it was kind of busy to be expected that I suspect.

The lunch from here earlier in this week. real good chicken cutlet panini and belle province type frits. I will order again!

We tried both the paninis (sausage; huh) and shared a portion of fries. The paninis were large in size, the bread was nothing remarkable, but it was nicely toasted and cut in half generously. The filling of the roasted sausage (or roasted, baked chicken), shredded lettuce, eggplant, mayo, and mustard was dry and not very tasty. The fries were unusually thick and soggy. The service was friendly.

We had the special panini of the month (eggplant) with their salates. everything was delicious. the panini is heavy. they fill with the half of the part, so I recommend to them to share. also the aubergine was fried. it would have been healthier if it wasn't.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing - I just had to tell you all about it! The panini is by far the most delicious I've ever had. Despite being packed during lunch, the service was still fast and efficient.
