Pistolero - Montréal

I have visited Pistoleros several times and have held back from giving negative feedback in the hope that it was just an "off" night.

Last summer, I visited a charming little bar with a western-themed saloon atmosphere.

This is one of my favorite places in town. Jay, the bartender, makes the best Old Fashioned cocktails that I've ever had. Highly recommend!

The drinks are sublime, their 25¢/wing deal on Sundays (with the purchase of a drink for order of 12 wings), the waiters are quirky and funny, the service is quick and efficient. On the night I went, there was two small errors in our orders but hey! Those things happen to the best of us. :) Their Revolver sauce is amazing!! Best hot wings in town, I tell ya!!

Stopped in for dinner, limited menu but great choices. Food was fantastic. We were told it was a country bar but music playing was rap mainly. Not busy, only 8 patrons total while we were there. There were other floors but they were not open at the time. The vibe is definitely like an old saloon. Would definitely visit again.
