Pizza Hut - Montréal

Order 2 pizza. Pizza dough is old. Find hair in pizza Called them but not interested in solving.not recommend at all. Very poor customer service.

We had the pizza of the day. It's $10.99. Everything was good. enough cheese and toppings. It was made fast.

Ordered online and said we would pay cash at door. Driver showed up with no change, and wanted us to give him the $50 bill and he would come back later with the change!!! Lol Called the store and the guy says sorry, he had to use his change for gas. Felt bad for the driver if that is true, but the Store never gave him change, nor told the driver it was going to be cash. Never again!

The worst experience with rude and disrespectful service .This guy works there every day and just bitter and unreasonable. I hope this location lose all their customers.

Horrible service! Extremely rude at 6 15 pm on July 6 2023. Lost my phone and wallet walked in and said if I buy a pizza do you do cash back? (So I could use a pay phone) no. Could I use your phone to make a local call(explained situation) nope! And he walked away! No hair/ beard net either???
