Super frustrated in this restaurant with another disappointing experience.I was ordering online and at the end the website doesn't let me pay and finally ends up crashing entirely!And I don't want to order via phone or in person anymore because I have ended up being charged twice the amount!Sorry pizza pizza but NO!

Recently, and especially on Saturday nights, the staff at this store refuses to take orders more than an hour before closing time. For example, they turn away customers, myself included, at 1:30 AM, sometimes even earlier, when the closing time on Saturdays is actually at 3 AM. I understand not taking orders in the last 15 minutes, but over an hour and a half before closing time is ridiculous! It 's almost as if the staff doesn 't want to work and so they 're trying to waste as much time as possible. I get that it 's a long and busy day, but turning away customers an hour and a half before you close is extremely unfair. I 've noticed this behavior for at least the past 2 months or so now. Tonight they turned away two customers in front of me, and told them that they will only take orders online and invited them to do that. This makes absolutely no sense. I 've been coming to this store almost every week since 2019, so seeing them devolve into this kind of nonsensical behavior is such a shame. I hope they can change things and turn around because I am sorely disappointed.
