Rotisserie St Hubert - Montréal

This was our first visit to this restaurant because we had a gift certificate. Luckily we were able to park in their parking lot but were very squeezed. Marie very quick observation it was noisy and clearly not enough staff to accommodate the clients.. we found the prices high I suppose that’s because it’s in a trendy area now. We had to wait a long time before we received our waitress as well as our order which was chicken breast and fries times two ... The poor waitress was clearly Overwhelmed with all the tables that you have to serve on your own.The food was not very warm and the fries were not homestyle but they’re frozen variety and came very less than warm.Anywhere else I would’ve send it back but the poor girl that served us had enough trouble keeping up.All in all a pretty much an in memorable experience. Chicken is seldom exciting so I’ll just say it’s not worth the price or the experience. If I had one suggestion to the management it would be to hire more people especially at peak times. Without good service even the best food is not worth the experience.

The restaurant is attempting to elevate its dining experience while still maintaining a fun atmosphere. The cole slaw and ribs are fantastic, the fries are top-notch, and the kids menu, with options like the clown ice cream dessert, adds an extra element of enjoyment. The children's play room keeps little ones entertained while adults socialize. Save room for the tempting dessert selection, especially the beloved chicken filets.

It was the worst service I’ve experienced. We waited for one hour to get the drinks and some chicken with fries. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, this place has bad service as per my personal experience. I have been going here for the longest time to order and pick up. Very unfriendly staff, no one ever smiles when taking the order and the worst of it is, 90% of the time there is always an error with my order....either missing items or wrong items. I urge you to always double-check your orders before leaving the premises.

We decided to try out this restaurant based on recommendations that it was known for its great ribs. While the ribs were good, they didn't quite live up to the standards I've experienced in places like California. However, if you're a fan of ribs, this restaurant could still be worth a visit.
