I visited this restaurant with my coworkers during a business trip. There were nine of us, and the salad bar was able to satisfy all of us! We returned two days later and were once again impressed. A large plate of salad, followed by a bowl of soup, and then a dish of fruit provided us with the nutrients we needed to get through the afternoon. I wish I could find a place like this in Calgary.

It is not often that I give 5 stars to a chain restaurant, but these guys definitely deserve it. My wife and I took our two young boys out for dinner on a Friday night. We were seated at a corner table, which turned out to be the perfect choice as our youngest son ended up making a mess everywhere. Our waitress, Crystel, was incredibly accommodating and made us feel appreciated and welcome, even as we dealt with the chaos caused by my son. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. I ordered the chest and ribs combo, which was juicy and cooked to perfection. The salad bar had been improved with new offerings such as hot chili, nacho chips, and grated cheese - all fresh and tasty. They have also updated the menu so that most entrees can be paired with the salad bar for just $2.00 extra. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area.

The restaurant is situated in a busy strip mall with plenty of parking. They offer a salad bar for a small fee during lunchtime, which is definitely worth a try. I ordered the roasted chicken and it was delicious. Other guests in our party tried the ribs and wings and also enjoyed them. The service was very friendly and efficient.

The chicken brochettes are good but expensive. It comes with rice and fries which are good though. They have chicken sandwiches also which are a bit bland
