Saiken Sushi - Montréal

We tried to find it and it is not open at least in that location. I think it was replaced by another Asian restaurant.

Very easy to find, we had a nice surprise arriving in this restaurant. the staff is very pleasant, explains very well the different dishes and when they arrive on the table, it is of such beauty that you dare not touch it. Once the pleasure of the eyes has passed, the tasting begins and there your taste buds ask again. It's tasty, it's fresh, it's a pure wonder. We'll go back on our next trip.

The presentation of the food on a large boat was impressive, and we were particularly impressed by the unique flavors of the special rolls. The perfectly cooked Spider roll was both crunchy and delicious, and the fresh Salmon and Tuna rolls were outstanding. Although the service was a bit slow, the wait was well worth it for the amazing sushi we received. This was truly one of the best sushi experiences we have ever had.

We called one time to make a reservation specifying we would come on Sunday night. They called back but we weren't available telling us to call back again (?). We tried to call another time but still our call went unanswered and when we drove there on Sunday night, it was closed whereas it was supposed to be opened according to their website. Very disappointing.

We got there early and it was raining so it was very quiet. The lobster roll and blue haven were amazing. The tartar was also delicious. I loved the presentation of everything! It was very reasonably priced and very intimate. Nice place
