Tim Hortons - Montréal

I took chocolate cookie and it has this sticky thing below it which I obviously didn’t eat. But just after eating rest of the cookie, I regret my decision. Stomach ache and feeling nauseous. I once used the washroom at this place and that was probably the dirtiest washroom I’ve seen in Canada. Store is never clean!

We came here to get iced latte and Timbits.The latte was fine.They only had 3 flavors of Timbits (chocolate glazed, honey dip, old fashioned glazed) . We were hoping for more of a variety.

Shamefully filthy, menu missing half of its items... Feels like a wet dog's homeless kennel. But the food they do have is still sublime.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Tim H's Coffee Haven and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. The service was warm and inviting, with the staff showing great attentiveness. However, it was hard to ignore the longing for a more contemporary atmosphere.First and foremost, the service at Tim H's Coffee Haven was exceptional. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a delightful experience for every customer. They were prompt in taking orders, provided valuable recommendations, and created a welcoming ambiance. Their commitment to providing great service deserves recognition.However, I must note that the overall atmosphere of Tim H's Coffee Haven seemed to be in need of a modern update. The decor, furniture, and general ambiance appeared outdated, lacking the modern touches and stylish aesthetics that many coffee shops now incorporate to create a cozy and inviting environment. An infusion of contemporary elements would greatly enhance the coffee shop's appeal and help it stay relevant amidst evolving customer preferences.While some visitors may appreciate the nostalgic charm of the current setting, others might find it less inspiring or less aligned with their tastes. A coffee shop should aim to be a place where people can not only enjoy their favorite brews but also find solace, inspiration, or a vibrant atmosphere that encourages productivity or social interactions.Given the exceptional service I received, I sincerely hope that Tim H's Coffee Haven considers this feedback. By investing in modern updates such as refreshed furniture, contemporary decor, and captivating artwork, the coffee shop could transform its atmosphere into a more inviting and visually appealing space. This transformation would attract a wider range of customers and ensure the longevity of its success in the highly competitive coffee industry.

There were flies, and the coffee tasted like water mixed with instant coffee. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience, but it's a decent place to escape from the rain.
