Oba - Montreal

We went to lunch, it was my husband’s birthday Michael. Oba gave us a wonderful meal, and a Limoux blanquette as a gift. We believe this restaurant and really special and exceptional. We recommend this little restaurant without hesitation. This restaurant gave us the most amazing birthday meal on my husband’s birthday. Wonderful food, and a present of a bottle of sparkling wine. We couldn’t have had a more delicious or enjoyable time. Highly recommended.

This must be the smallest restaurant in the Aude. It is run by a Brazilian couple from the Bahia. There is only room for 8 at the most so don't go with too many. The food was extremely good with a Manioc starter and we had Swordfish and rice and Prawns and rice in a very interesting sea food sauce based on coriander, Manioc flour and peppers with coconut milk; the fish and prawns were well cooked and we did not need to go for dessert. Good luck to the owners, you deserve to succeed.

Found Oba by chance as it is tucked away in this quiet village.The couple who run Oba were warm and friendly providing a range of fantastic freshly cooked food with a Brazilian twist. Very reasonably priced food and drinks in a great atmosphere.Please visit, you will not be disappointed!

Wij gingen er de avond van onze aankomst in Montréal en dat op aanraden van onze B&B. Leuke bistro waar wij buiten konden eten naast de “Mairie” bij goed weer. Sympathieke eigenaar. Leuke en lekkere Braziliaanse gerechtjes. Huiswijn € voor cl) was heel lekker. Slechts menu beschikbaar. Voor wie geen culinaire toppers zoekt en tevreden is met enkele correct geprijsde hapjes is dit een goed adresje.

Dîner entre amis, j'ai fréquenté cet endroit plusieurs fois, la caïpirinha est délicieuse! L'ambiance est très paisible car c'est un petit restaurant et les plats sont agréables.
