I'm not going to write an expansive review because I have one core issue that leads me to feel this cafe is not fulfilling all its purpose as a coffee shop and hence deserves the low rating: The WiFi is bad.I've tried to work on my computer here on several occasions, and literally at least once every day I'm there, there is some internet issue where I'm disconnected and have to wait for something to get fixed/reconnected.Moreover, if there are more than a few people on their devices, my remote desktop connection lags enough to significantly disturb my workflow. (EDIT: I have frequented this cafe often enough to see the lags don't always happen. They may've been one offs; most of the time, the connection is consistent despite there being more than a few people on their devices.)Note: I am using a new computer with no WiFi issues in other places. If it wasn't for the fact that this cafe was so close to where I live, I'd find a new coffee shop. The coffee is at least above average, though; not heavily over-brewed, not heavily watered-down, etc.
Got discount because of the vintage market. Good place for chatting. Don't remember the coffee taste but the ice cream was great!
Had a great morning coffee with my mom and sister here. Their almond croissants are delicious and their lattes as well . Definitely recommend for a chill morning weekend coffee.
Currently my favorite café in Montreal. It has a great location.
