Horsefly Airfly Too - Montrose

Bug Eyes Blond is absolutely incredible! I've never tasted anything quite like it. It's smooth, light, and has a lovely buttery flavor. The sausage of the month was fantastic—I wish I had taken a photo! The mustard, relish, and onions complemented it perfectly (normally I’d add ketchup, but not this time). There was a nice touch of sweetness as well. I also had sweet potatoes, which I was excited to see on the menu, but unfortunately, they were a bit too thin for my liking. I hope they’re thicker next time, because I definitely plan on coming back!

My wife and I were exploring the Montrose area when we stumbled upon this brewery. The atmosphere was vibrant, and everyone we met was friendly. The beers were decent, but they didn’t stand out compared to some others we tried during our visit. There’s nothing negative to say, but I feel it's not quite deserving of a full 5-star rating. We had a wonderful experience at Horsefly! Our group of six was seated immediately, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The outdoor seating area was cozy and inviting. I particularly appreciated the root beer, and my husband absolutely loved the twist on a Reuben sandwich. The menu featured a large selection with unique options.

I am from Kansas City and an enthusiastic beer friend, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the beer in this brewery. Everyone was solid and easy entry for new drinkers, but also great for the veteran. The menu was a wide selection of pub foods that meet most people's needs.

Had a really good time just killing some time w grabbing a few beers. Love the ambiance laidback feel. I’d definitely come here again.
