The Cabin - Montrose

I ordered the menudo today. Was that a mistake! Way over cooked! To the point it was slime I sent it back and showed the waiter how it smashed into slime. Then I found a hair in my food. I received the bill the menudo was still on the bill I asked why when I did not eat it. I was told because I ordered it! That was the worst menudo I have ever had anywhere! I hate to leave such a nasty review but someone has to say something. We had the rest of our meal and my tea was empty half way through and never did I receive a refill. If she had removed it from my bill then I probably would not had done this but after the way I was treated about it I had to.

Great place to stop after getting off a flight in Montrose. It 's like home cooking or what you might call a greasy spoon . Friendly waitress. Clean bathroom.

A special shoutout to Fernanda, who did an excellent job taking care of my order. Highly recommended!

This place has been enjoyable every time I have eaten there. Most menu Items are really good! I find myself here often for breakfast and I love to bring friends visiting the area here. The wait staff are on top of it every time I am there.
