Nice to sit outside, but the food was very basic. Courteous, hard working wait staff, but again, the food is not up to any standard that is acceptable in France...

If you are in this part of France looking for a great bar with a local friendly welcome and lively atmosphere you will have struck gold here. It's a shop, a cafe, a newsagents and tge nearest thing you will get to a pub. Great staff, great beers and superb local wines The recent refurb has gone chic but kept the ambience. Coolio

There is a good atmosphere, always full, pretty frame

Brasserie tobacco de Montsoreau. Very friendly summer as winter. They don't make a restaurant, they offer boards or croque sir and ice cream in the summer.
