Johnny Roll House - Montvale

We went here for lunch. If anyone has migraines or light sensitivity, this is not the place for you. They have flashing blue lights that hang down on a wall that are unavoidable that could trigger a migraine. Me and my friend both suffer from them and moved our chairs to the other end of the restaurant and still were affected by that and a loud radio. The sushi was good. We should have just did take-out.

Excellent place, very good to enjoy with the family

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. My boyfriend and I got take out, and to start, the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. When we opened the food, there was edamame, miso soups, and ginger salads, all on the house for us. We were in awe and want to thank this restaurant for treating us so well. Not to mention, the food was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back, I think we found our new sushi spot.

Always amazing food and super friendly and attentive staff. Very clean establishment as well. You can’t go wrong for a good night out with family or just friends or for an easy to go option to eat at home.
