Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This review is a little late, but wanted to thank Joey and the team for such a big customer service. The chocolate shake machine was out of service for repairs and unrequired, Joey offered me one for me from vanilla by adding chocolate syrup. It was great! He was so thoughtful and the entire staff was friendly and the facility was clean and well managed. I love the Fritten too.

Holy.... S**T that was better than any fast food joint I've eaten so far! Warm food, hot pommes, cooked right after our order for perfection. The staff is young, but friendly. I have to give it five out of five. The only negative was the waiting time. But what can you do if your food is cooked after ordering instead of before and on a warm plate possibly 45 min to an hour ago.... Hues

I must say that my families for the first time Freddy's It was an amazing experience thanks to a young man named Joey. He made my family and I feel welcome and the food was amazing. Joey and the rest of the staff were so friendly and cared for us as if we were their own family. Thanks, Joey and the staff for everything you did to make us feel like family. We will definitely return to your business.

Good food, good service. Especially Joey was incredibly friendly and helpful. My young kids and I were here a few weekends ago. And one of my children ordered the wrong one. He was fast and responsive to correct the order. We were back tonight. And again, Joey was incredibly patient and friendly when we ordered. This is incredibly helpful if you have a few young kids super hyped to get ice cream. That's how he hates it. As parents, thank you. Stop the hard work. Steller employees!

We went in last night and had a great meal. We were promptly greeted and taken good care of. We used to visit Freddy's often, but then the service started deteriorating and the dining room was not clean.We just started visiting again and are very pleased with the service and cleanliness. The food was wonderful and everyone was friendly. Look forward to going back!
